Zerolatitudes

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what information the Zerolatitudes website collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to zerolatitudes.com; each product has its own privacy terms.

What our analytics collects

Our first-party analytics records the pages you view, the page you came from, time spent, UTM campaign tags, screen size, browser language, time zone and the site language you use. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Cookies and identifiers

If you choose “Accept all”, we store a random visitor ID (zl_vid) in a cookie and local storage for up to one year so we can recognise returning visits. With “Essential only” we use a temporary ID that disappears when you close the tab, so visits are counted anonymously. A session ID (zl_sid) in session storage groups pages viewed within 30 minutes.

IP addresses

Your IP address is used to estimate country and city and is anonymised before storage (the last part of the address is removed) whenever IP anonymisation is enabled.

Forms

When you submit the contact, demo or newsletter forms we store the details you provide to respond to you and send the requested emails. We never sell your data.

Retention

Analytics events are deleted automatically after the retention period configured by our team (395 days by default). Leads and subscribers are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights and contact

You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser. To access, correct or delete your data, contact us at the email address below.
